She holds a Brokers license and is a Graduate of the Realtors Institute (GRI) as well as a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Certified Negotiation Consultant (CNC), Certified Staging Consultant (CSC), and Short Sales Forclosure Specialist (SFR), which help to place her in the top 2% of Realtors® nationally. She currently has been serving on the Professional Standards Committee of the Main Street Organization of Realtors for over eighteen years. A Chicago native, Kathy is a wonderful resource person for the area. She taught in the Chicago Public Schools before beginning her career in real estate, currently lives in Glen Ellyn with her husband, and has three grown children. She is active in many community groups including her Church, Glenbard South Booster Club, American Association of University Women, and Loyola University Alumni Assn. Her hobbies include traveling, reading, the Arts, and politics.
